Jesse Gerva

Founder

Although my interest is in knowing who you are, I will introduce myself first.

I am a business strategist specialized in governance and process improvement. Through my work at Gerva Academy, I have the privilege to assist companies, chambers of commerce, and nonprofit organizations going through organizational change and value creation processes.

My formal education is in law (college diploma, law degree and a post-graduation in commercial law) and business (MBA with specialization in Sustainable Commerce). Prior to founding Gerva Academy, I worked as a legal advisor for over 20 years in the private and nonprofit sectors which led me to a natural transition to governance and sustainability.

On a personal note, due to my fascination for the impact that business education can have in a community, I dedicate time to social initiatives to work as a mentor and keynote speaker in business incubators and community centers worldwide.
